1. Acceptance of terms. By using this site or submitting our forms, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. No medical advice. Content on this site is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a licensed clinician about your health.

3. SMS messaging terms. Messages are sent by Dynamic Health Institute. We operate two separate messaging programs: transactional messages (appointment reminders, care updates, account notifications) and marketing messages (promotions, offers, service announcements). You may opt in to either or both by checking the applicable consent checkbox on our contact form and submitting your mobile number. Checkboxes are unchecked by default, are separate for transactional and marketing messages, and are never required to submit the form. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply; Dynamic Health Institute does not charge for the messages themselves. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at [email protected]. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of receiving care. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate, current contact information.

5. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse this site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Intellectual property. All content on this site belongs to Dynamic Health Institute and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Disclaimer. The site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamic Health Institute is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
